ONE COAT, TWO DIFFERENT WAYS TO WEAR

In cold weather, the coat is the most powerful piece that you can show. It’s the first thing that people will see. For me, it’s important to have a statement piece of clothing in my wardrobe, just like this wool and mohair, black and white coat that I am wearing in this post.

I simply love pieces that have sartorial style and dynamic attitude, which make them perfect for the city. This kind of coat has many different sides, meaning, which can be combined with different outfits. From sporty to elegant, this coat will keep you warm and make you look stylish.

Play with texture

If you are looking for a more feminine look, you can style the coat over your favorite silk dress, just like I did in this second outfit. This way, you are letting the coat to be the “hero” of the whole look, adding different dimension by mixing contrasting textures like wool and silk.

Have fun with detailing. In my case, it was the mini messenger bag in antique pink color.

Keep it simple

You can never go wrong if you play safe and combine the coat with similar color bottom and inject life with burst color blouse, top or jumper. The maxi-stripes on the coat are striking and the red blouse is enhancing what would otherwise be boring outfit.
