I admire women. I raise my voice for women. I salute women’s freedom. Women are my role models. I am a woman.

I refuse to live in a world were women are repressed and violated. I know this sound like a cliche, but I dare you to make a difference. Yes, I address this to all of you, the ones that are reading this article. I dare you to take a risk, to step out of your comfort zone, to let your hope conquer the fear for change. I dare you to have courage to step up against every type of violation against women and to set new standards against this problem, all of us and for future generations. The world needs more people like you and me, who dare to accept the difference.

Now is the time when we have to wake up and stop turning our heads to this problem. No matter if you are girl, boy, man, woman, we all have equal rights, opportunities and we all live the same life. Therefore, we all have equal participation in this world. The sooner we raise our voice, the sooner the governments, NGO’s and all relevant media will take their action to prevent violence against women and girls. Now is the time to create a world where every little girl can fulfill her potential and dreams without any prejudice.
I recently read an old African adage that says: If you educate a boy, you will train a man. If you educate a girl, you train a village. As we face up to the great challenges of the 21st century, we must invest in education, especially for women. Only people, who educate themselves, can acknowledge a problem and step up for their rights. Who said that toughness comes from testosterone and that toughness is the best for the world?! We must change that mindset. The sooner, the better.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not men-hatter. I am not less favored of men if I state my opinion. I am among the lucky woman whose the man in my life loves and respects me for stating out loud my opinions, and considers me equal to him. And I am so sad that many women from different corners of the world don’t have this privilege. But it is not a privilege, as many of you would say, it is natural order and basic human right.

Some of my readers might doubt my personal experience on this problem. I am not saying that I am an expert, and you don’t have to be one to acknowledge this problem. I am concerned and I want to help. I want to make the world a better place, for both, for women and for men.

If you believe in equally, if you believe in a better world, if you believe that united we can make a change, join me and raise your voice. He for She! Because I know for sure, that She will always stand for He.

All the readers who follow me on a regular basis know that I am definitely a shoe addict. Naturally shoes have a very special place in my heart and in my closet. Whether sneaker or a dress shoe, style shouldn’t compromise comfort which is why I like the way Biana shoes strikes nice balance between both.
That is one of the reasons why our blog have partnered with them to host this special occasion post. Together we are making the first online Biana shoes catalog, for their upcoming winter collection. This is why we need you to vote on this link (here) for your favorite model. The pair with the most likes will find its place in the catalog. We value your opinion extensively, and we will be glad if you vote for your favorite.
In the meantime, don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom of this post, to see the whole editorial that we have made in collaboration with Biana. We hope you will like the combination of the clothes and the shoes.
